Corporate Social Responsibility

Other than providing professional services, corporate social responsibility is high on our list. We are very honoured to have earned the title of Caring Company since 2017. We have participated in several community service programs, including both short-term and long-term ones. We helped to broaden the horizon of the children by taking them on visits around Hong Kong and tend to them by being caring companions.

Teenagers were given the chance to become interns in our company and they could gain work experience for future development. On the other hand, these programs increase the chance for us to be in touch with the young, allowing us to promote the construction industry to them and encourage them to become the new blood of the industry.

We have also been providing STEM courses to children as part of our voluntary services. With STEM being increasingly popular in education, we hope to enable children to learn this latest trend. To achieve this aim, we have been providing classes for primary school students from different backgrounds.

In cooperation with the Hong Kong Society of Deaf (HKSD), we devised a BIM Training Program for adolescents and young adults. Although the participants have different level of hearing impairment, it did not stop their passion for learning BIM, which is a skill that makes use of sight. We hope to create employment opportunities in the BIM sector for our students and to have this program as a stepping stone.

Accompanied by a sign language translator, our lecturer gave lessons that were customised for the members of the HKSD.  Volunteers assisted by offering one-on-one guidance during classwork. Participants also repaid by showing great interest in BIM through their attentiveness in class.

Through introduction of different functions in Revit and hands-on practices, participants found themselves beautifully built models and a fruitful learning experience.  The BIM Training Program came to an end, but created more beginnings for the participants' future endeavors.
